‘Among Monsters and Men’ is the title of this selection of digitally painted illustrations, depicting the negative aspects of war, famine, migration and betweenship, using saturated and beautifully painted colors in a way to captivate the observer as well as showing a the reality of these difficult situations. The aim of the illustrations is to give an illusion of something beautiful and then make the observer reflect upon the difficult situation.
